Hey athletes, this weeks highlights:
- We start this week with the Hero workout Nate. Retest from 240807. So check your results
- Follow that with a heavy 3-rep snatch day on Wednesday to continue to build strength and consistency in this technical Olympic lift.
- We see Open Workout 22.1 on make an appearance on Friday!
- Wrap the week with a repeat heavy weightlifting sprint workout from May of this year. Last tested 240510.
